COACHING IN YOUR MESSAGES
Utofit

Made for one.
You.

Not another plan for everyone. A personal AI wellness coach that gets to know your life, your rhythm, and what actually moves you.

Your goals. Your pace. Your coach.
THE PROBLEM ISN'T MOTIVATION

Everyone has advice.
Few know you.

There is no shortage of advice. But your life isn't a template. You deserve support built around who you are, not someone else's routine.

01 / GLP-1

Another route. Not everyone's route.

GLP-1 medicines can help some people, but cost, suitability and potential side effects are real considerations. A wellness routine still matters.

02 / INFLUENCERS

They inspire millions. But don't know you.

A creator's routine can be inspiring. It doesn't know your schedule, your fatigue, or what makes today different.

03 / PERSONAL TRAINING

Great expertise. Limited time.

Personal trainers bring real value. But cost and scheduling can make continuous, everyday support difficult.

Your goals.
Your pace.
Your coach.

A wellness coach that adapts to you. Not the other way around.

A CONVERSATION, NOT A CHECKLIST

A coach who gets to know you.

Talk naturally. Share the hard days. Change the plan when life changes. Utofit is being designed to meet you where you are.

Your everyday AI coach
How are you feeling today? We can start small.
I'm tired. Only have 15 minutes.
That's enough. Want to walk or stretch for 10 minutes?
Let's do walking. Keep it simple today.
Perfect. I'll check in again tonight. One small win counts.
Workout photo · Example
Your 15-minute walk is roughly 55–80 kcal using your entered weight. The goal projection remains Mar 12. We’ll review it at the next entry.

I binged on snacks again. I feel terrible.
One meal doesn't erase your effort. 💚 What felt hardest tonight? Let's make tomorrow a little easier.
Okay. I'll start with breakfast.
I always get hungry late at night.
That happens. Want to check whether you ate enough earlier in the day?
Sure. I’ll start by logging dinner.
Great! Coming back consistently matters more than perfect tracking.
Here’s my dinner too. Can you estimate the meal?
Meal photo · Example
Using the photo and the rice and chicken portions you entered, I’d estimate about 650 kcal, with a 550–750 kcal range. Sauce and cooking oil change that. Don’t skip tomorrow’s meals to compensate; keep your usual plan.

I've got 15 minutes. Should I just skip today's workout?
15 minutes is enough. Put your shoes on. Walk for 10 minutes, then stretch for 5. Keep today's promise to yourself.
Deal. Starting now.
But I really don’t feel like it.
Fine. Lower the intensity. Just step outside and move for five minutes.
I’m back. Ended up walking 18 minutes.
See? You did it. Eighteen minutes done. One more win today!
Workout photo · Example
Workout done. Here’s a photo and my log.
For your 18-minute walk and entered weight, estimated expenditure is around 65–95 kcal. That isn’t an instruction to eat back every calorie. Including recent weekly records, the projection moves from Mar 14 to Mar 12—two days earlier. Don’t force more tomorrow; start the way you did today.

I have a business dinner tonight. How should I plan?
You don't need to cancel your plans. Eat normally earlier in the day, choose what you enjoy at dinner, and stop when comfortably full.
That sounds realistic.
What should I do after dinner?
Simply return to your usual meals the next day. No need to compensate or restrict.
Understood. That takes the pressure off.
The sustainable option is often the best one.
Here’s my dinner photo. I’ll add the portions.
Meal photo · Example
With the portions you supplied, this is about 650 kcal, with a 550–750 kcal range. A photo alone cannot establish the calories. The weekly trend is similar after this record, so the projected goal date stays the same.

I really don't want to go running today 😩
Fair enough 😄 Then let's skip the idea of a “workout” and go for a little neighborhood adventure. Walk through three songs and call it a win 🎧
Three songs? I can do that!
But it’s raining lol.
Plot twist! Put on two songs and dance around your room?
Okay, that I can do 😂
Love it. Today’s mission: move and have fun. Done!
Walk done! Photo incoming 😄
Workout photo · Example
For your logged 20-minute walk, roughly 75–110 kcal. That uses duration and your entered weight, not just the photo! One walk hasn’t moved the date, but the Mar 12 projection still holds. Three songs again tomorrow?

My weight hasn't changed for two weeks. I'm losing motivation.
I know that can be frustrating. Let's look beyond the scale—your walking routine is much more consistent now. Would you like to review what changed?
Yes. I hadn't noticed that.
I still wish the scale would move faster.
I get that. Bodies vary day to day. Let’s look at sleep and activity too.
I haven’t slept enough this week.
That matters. Want to start with a realistic sleep goal this week?
Meal photo · Example
Here’s today’s meal. Can we review this week too?
I’ll log approximately 650 kcal, with a 550–750 kcal range. With activity lower this week, the recent trend moves the estimate from Mar 12 to Mar 16—four days later. That’s information, not failure. Where could an easy walk fit this week?

I need a little motivation before my workout.
Imagine a coaching experience co-created with a creator you admire—distinctive energy, but still focused on your goals.
That would be fun!
Could I hear my favorite creator’s voice too?
It’s a future possibility only if the creator officially collaborates and authorizes it.
I’d love to try that someday.
Stay tuned. Whatever the style, your goals remain at the center.
What feedback could I get after sharing a meal photo?
Meal photo · Example
The concept estimates a calorie range from a photo plus your portions and returns a visual weekly review. The 650 kcal and projected date below are fictional calculation examples. No creator partnership is confirmed.

I want to put it off again. Can I start tomorrow?
Don’t wait for perfect timing. Ten minutes is today’s goal. Put your shoes on and tell me when you’ll start.
In ten minutes. I feel a bit low on energy, though.
Then lower the intensity. Walk slowly for the first three minutes and check how you feel. Stop for pain or dizziness. Being committed doesn’t mean pushing through warning signs.
Done. Twelve minutes, effort about 4 out of 10.
You kept your ten-minute commitment. That’s enough today. Tomorrow, tie another ten minutes to dinner at the same time. Message me before you start.
Twelve-minute walk done. Sending my photo and log.
Workout photo · Example
Twelve minutes walking: about 45–65 kcal using your entered weight. You kept today’s commitment. Mar 12 remains the estimate. Don’t double the work just to force the date forward. Ten minutes at the same time tomorrow. Repeat that.

Today’s lunch · Example
Here’s my lunch. I’m exercising this afternoon. Does this work?
Photo received. Assuming typical single portions of the visible foods, an initial estimate is about 650 kcal, with a 550–750 kcal range. Actual portions, sauce and oil can change it. How much rice did you eat, and when is your workout? I’ll refine the estimate with that context.
About one bowl of rice. My workout is in four hours.
With one bowl, I’ll keep that estimated range in the log. With training four hours away, no need to cut this meal. The 80 kg projection remains Mar 12, 2027 after this entry. I’ll review it with each new record.

Post-workout photo · Example
Leg session done! Forty minutes, including three squat sets. The last set was tough.
Using your logged 40 minutes and entered weight, estimated expenditure is 180–280 kcal. One photo cannot establish movement or intensity. Tell me the final set’s reps and effort rating so we can put the session in context.
Ten reps, about 8/10. No knee pain.
At ten reps and effort 8/10, finish without extra sets today. With this session and the recent weekly records, the projection moves from Mar 14 to Mar 12—two days earlier. That isn’t a cue to push harder. Use the same load next time and compare how the tenth rep feels.
